Natural Selections: Works by The Guild of Adirondack Artists
SALEM, NY – Gardenworks begins its summer artshows this weekend, with the opening reception for Natural Selections, featuring the work of the Guild of Adirondack Artists whose members come from the Glens Falls , Saratoga and Washington County region. This talented group of artists practice in many media, and the show highlights the beauty and variety of their work, with blown glass figures by Alice Manzi; streetscapes by Stu Eichel; bright watercolor sunflowers by Anthony Nazzaro; country landscapes by Mary Lou Strode; and landscapes and still lifes by painter Pat McEvoy. The opening reception takes place on Sunday, July 8 from 2:00-4:00 pm. The show runs until August 12. Lemonade and light appetizers will be served. Gardenworks is delighted to present this show of artists who respond to the beauty of our region.

Gardenworks is a family-owned flower and specialty crop farm that has been part of the Washington County landscape for nearly a century. Gardenworks is open Monday-Saturday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm and Sundays from 11:00 am-5:00 pm.
Directions to Gardenworks: From the traffic light on Route 22 in Salem , head west on Route 30 (also West Broadway). Gardenworks is five miles from the traffic light.
